Cafeteria Rules

To ensure a safe and respectful dining environment, students must follow these cafeteria guidelines:

  • Follow all school rules.
  • Always model good behavior.
  • Only bottled water, milk, and juice served from the cafeteria line are allowed. Tea, sodas, sports drinks, and energy drinks are not allowed.
  • Keep all electronic devices out of sight.
  • Remove headgear before entering.
  • Enter through the designated entrance.
  • Do not cut into the food line.
  • Avoid horseplay, including shoving, running, shouting, fighting or throwing food.
  • Clean your eating area after use.
  • Remove all trash (such as gum and paper) from your trays and dispose of it in designated trash cans.
  • Wait until everyone has been served once before requesting a second helping and use the same tray. Sometimes, there may not be enough food for seconds.
  • After-school club, class, tutoring, and sports sponsors must supervise their students during dinner (if applicable).

By following these cafeteria guidelines, students contribute to a clean, organized, and respectful dining environment for all.
